Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that any return, refund, and exchange requests will be subject to The Aurora’s policies. It is your responsibility to review the conditions outlined below to determine your eligibility for claiming any of the specified key points
General Guidelines
– Inspect the product in the presence of the delivery person to ensure it is not damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
– Any issues related to damaged or defective products must be reported immediately upon delivery. Claims submitted after successful delivery will not qualify for a refund, return, or exchange.
– Concerns about expired or incorrect products must be reported within 1 day of successful delivery to be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
– Products must be in an unused and intact condition to qualify for any refund, return, or exchange.
– Price tags, brand tags, or any other tags, along with the external packaging of the product, must remain intact and undamaged for any refund, return, or exchange.
Claim Process
To initiate a refund, return, or exchange, customers must provide the following information to our Customer Service Department within 1 day of successful delivery:
– Order Number
– Product Name
– Picture/Video Proof
– Reason for refund, return, or exchange
Returning Process
Our courier partner will pick up the product from the customer’s address at The Aurora’s expense in case of a valid claim otherwise the customer needs to pay the two-way delivery charges.
Verification Process
Upon receiving the returned product, it will be forwarded to the Operations and Inspection Department. The verification process may take 2-3 working days. After verification, if the claim is deemed valid, the product will be exchanged, or a refund will be processed within a maximum of 10 Days.
If the claim is found to be invalid after verification, The Aurora will not be liable for an exchange or refund and product will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
