Customers are expected to comply with both The Aurora’s and the Delivery Partner’s policies regarding delivery and cancellation.
Charges:
Delivery charges, as determined by The Aurora, may change without prior announcement.
– Inside Dhaka: BDT 70 – Outside Dhaka: BDT 120 – Same Day Delivery (Select Areas inside Dhaka): BDT 120-170
Free Delivery:
– Customers are eligible for free regular delivery on purchases over BDT 10000 (not applicable for same-day delivery).
Time:
The delivery time for an order will be decided by The Aurora and its delivery partner, subject to change based on internal and external factors such as force majeure, government holidays, transportation, and more.
